It is impressive for Roblox. Jormungandr is right. Games made in Roblox tend to have clunky, blocky people and objects and not a tremendous amount of stuff on-screen. The gameplay tends to be really basic, as well. I haven't played this F1 game on Roblox but I watches some gameplay of it and I was genuinely impressed that someone managed to do all this with the Roblox engine.

The only other Roblox game I can think of that ever really impressed me, for the complexity and what they managed to do with the limited engine, is Theme Park Tycoon.
