One of my absolute favourite Christmas books.

a mother and her daughter go to this town during the Christmas festival, and while the mother has no interest in it, the daughter loves anything to do with Christmas and gets heavily involved in the celebrations. She even enters a compitition to win the Christmas house, the most decorated house in town.

Well, she wins- but when the mayor of the town finds out she's under age, the mother reevaluates her time in the christmas festival and realises it's not as bad as she thought

Just a suggestion. Lovely story for Christmas
