This really saddens me. I was a massive fan of Top Gear when Jeremy, Richard, and James hosted it, but it was dead to me after the holy trinity was replaced. They moved to The Grand Tour and I was a huge fan of that, but the trio is retiring from the show. They're getting old and wanted to leave while the show was still hugely popular. I get why they're retiring from this sort of program, though.
