St Mark's Church in Marshland, Christchurch has been burglarized more than once. In April they stole most of the brass. Now they hit again, stealing a brass cross, and some silver items including a silver trowel that laid the foundation stone and a silver plaque. If that wasn't Grinchy enough, they also stole a container full of Christmas foods that the church was going to donate to St Ambrose Church Aranui Foodbank Food Support.

People can be so wretched.

That's pretty rotten.

Half a block away there was a house where a kid was dying. I never did get from what. The town knew and tried to do special things to make his final months on Earth better. They once held a parade for him. He loved Christmas so it was a big deal that his home was heavily decorated for Christmas. Some scumbags destroyed the decorations.
