Would you rather have a job that pays really well but you absolutely hate the job and it makes you miserable, or would you favor a job that pays poorly but you're happy in your job?

I have a job where I pretty well call the shots AND I am well compensated. But if push came to shove I would choose the low paying job that I liked, over the high paying job that I hated.

This is a tough one. I need money so I can't settle for low pay but I can't suffer a job that makes me miserable. I'd need a compromise, so as much money as I can get without being completely miserable.

A job is for money not to be happy. If it pays good I will tough it out. I can be happy at home.

I'll tolerate so much crap but there's a limit. If it stresses me too much, I won't do it no matter the pay. I stepped down from a leadership role because the extra pay wasn't worth all the extra stress.
