Ever seen the old Batman tv show with Adam West? Its like watching a living comic book. Yes. It's so bad it's good. Holy crap, is it cheesy. I remember an episode wherein The Joker is posing as a bank owner named Mr. Whiteface, and he's still in Joker makeup. Somehow nobody suspects Mr. Whiteface in white Joker makeup is The Joker. |

why would any one make a show about jeff dalmer? i dont get glorifying a serial killer.

why would any one make a show about jeff dalmer? i dont get glorifying a serial killer. I wouldn't describe the series as glorifying him. It consistently painted him as messed up. I never felt like it was trying to make him relatable, some kind of antihero, or to justify his behaviors or actions. I felt like it was more about how he destroyed people's lives, not just his victims but their families, and eventually the community, and how families and the community dealt with it all. It also addressed how his own family was affected, particularly his father. |

I'm not familiar with that. I see a name like that and think Hawaii Five-0 or Reno 911. I still don't know where I want to direct my attention yet. The closest I've come is watching a particular YouTube channel. He has somewhat lengthy episodes about topics like conspiracy theories or the paranormal. |

Considering all your science posts I wouldn't expect you to be a conspiracy theorist or believer in the paranormal. I'm not. I'm open-minded and open to discussion of anything but I need convinced by compelling evidence. I'm interested in mysteries, the unexplained, stuff we don't understand, et cetera. I'm open to the possible existence of aliens, sasquatch, lake monsters, and so forth but I don't automatically believe in them just because a drunken redneck swears he saw one. I'm also interested in explanations for things, and programs about these sorts of things sometimes have answers and possible explanations. |
