I just found newer episodes of Archer on Hulu. I used to watch it via satellite but my wife chose to drop satellite television. I've only seen through 2022 but there's more episodes for me to watch.

Netflix had The Walking Dead trending. I haven't seen it in many years so I started over from the beginning.

Was it any good though, even just for a while? It was popular but I never watched it.

Even if you like eating a food, you'll grow tired of it after eating it over and over again. To me it felt like each season is them establishing a settlement somewhere and it's working but then some other people cause problems that jeopardize that settlement, everything falls apart, and they have to move on. It was like retelling the same plot over and over.

That's why I never got through all of it. I got so many seasons in and lost interest. I never got through to the end.

I know this is about shows but we watched a bunch of Christmas stuff lately. So movies and shows. I never see much Christmas shows on tv today. Not like 30 and 40 years back. We have to find them on streaming or on dvd. We have the classic shows like Frosty and Rudolph on dvd.

I've noticed the same thing - that airing Christmas movies or shows isn't like it used to be when I was a kid. I think that's a consequence of how entertainment has changed. Sure, a lot of people had cable or satellite, but not everyone had them and those that did didn't have nearly as many channels. Our family didn't even have basic cable until I was a teenager so all we had were four local channels we could pick up with an antenna. Today everyone even has internet and streaming. Kids don't need afternoon cartoons, Saturday morning cartoons, or network television airing Rudolph anymore.

I'm already caught up on Archer, so now I'm back to not really knowing what to watch, except for that one YouTube channel.

Anybody ever go through the Roku streaming channels? They have whole channels for one show. They have lots of old shows like the old Unsolved Mysteries and Home Improvement. I'm watching Home Improvement right now.

I miss the old Unsolved Mysteries. The host had a creepy voice. I could tell you how to bake a cake and it would sound scary.

I'm into season 3 of Walking Dead again. I know I have a long way to go. I just don't know if I will make it. I'm already feeling fatigue from it. If I don't finish this time it's been a waste of time.
